Hilton San Diego Resort

Soy and Ginger Halibut

The special tonight was a soy and ginger halibut. Served with a grilled baby bok choy and a molded basmati rice with Sushi vinegar and black sesame seeds. Washed down with a draft lager.

Overall: Pretty good, nice presentation. The Halibut was cooked through, which I like. Nice thick piece. The rice was the real hit for me, I liked the combination of the fragrant rice and the vinegar.
Bartender Jonathan was friendly and attentive.
